Although I have been through home inspections in the past, my wife had never experienced one. Karl was very thorough, explained everything he was looking at and why. He identified a number of minor items that would need attention soon and also some future work that would need to be done. He found a major issue with the new jet tub that had been installed and although it will be an easy fix. this could have caused serious injury to someone if not discovered.
