Closer Look Home Inspections is a locally owned and operated family business. Karl VanHeyst has been performing home inspections in Guelph, Kitchener and Waterloo for the past 5 years. Karl is well known for his expertise and customer service as a home inspector in Kitchener, Waterloo and Guelph areas. (See testimonials). Karl VanHeyst is a Certified Home Inspector and has been self-employed for over twenty five years. Karl has several years experience with maintenance and repairs of municipal, residential and agricultural properties. Karl also has constructed several agricultural buildings and been involved with construction of residential homes. He hold a valid Class 3 Water Treatment License and is a Personal Property Appraiser.
